Ford Drop-off and Pick-up Service: Convenient and Hassle-Free!

 Mtn. View Ford has always been committed to providing its customers with unparalleled services and experiences. In keeping with this ethos, Mtn. View Ford has launched the Drop-off and Pick-up Service. This service allows Ford customers to get their vehicle serviced without ever leaving their home or office. The process is simple and easy to use, and it is designed to provide maximum convenience to customers.

Customers can schedule their service appointments online, and a Mtn. View Ford representative will arrive at their location to pick up their vehicle at the scheduled time. Once the service is complete, the vehicle will be dropped off at the customer's location, eliminating the need for customers to spend time traveling to and from the dealership. With this new service, Mtn. View Ford is setting a new standard for customer service in the automotive industry.
After Hours Drop-Off Instructions
- Vehicles can be dropped-off at the secured lot that is available for drop-offs from 7:30am to 7:00pm from Monday to Friday, and 8:00am to 6:00pm on Saturdays.
- For after-hours drop-offs outside of these times, there is a parking lot located behind the main showroom to the right of the detail department. This parking lot is not gated, and vehicles can be dropped off there.
- When dropping off your vehicle, please ensure that all personal belongings have been removed from the vehicle.
- A drop box for keys is located on the Service walk-thru door. Please ensure that the keys are securely placed in the drop box.
