The Ford F-150 makes an excellent work truck, off-road adventurer, or family hauler, and the 2025 model offers a range of engine options. The standard engine is a 2.7-liter EcoBoost V6 that provides 325 horsepower and 400 pound-feet of torque. You can also select:

- A 3.5-liter EcoBoost V6 with 400 horsepower and 500 pound-feet of torque

The 2025 F-150 can tow up to 13,500 pounds with the 3.5 liter EcoBoost V6 and haul up to 2,440 pounds. The standard, turbocharged, 2.7-liter V6 gets up to 19 mpg in urban areas and 25 mpg on the highway. The twin-turbo 3.5-liter V6 can travel up to 17 mpg in traffic and 25 mpg on larger roads. The hybrid version can go up to 22 mpg at lower speeds and 24 mpg on highways.
Ford F-150 Trims and Options
The base F-150 XL has an electronic 10-speed automatic transmission with SelectShift, a 12-inch touchscreen, a large, black grille, and LED headlamps. Pro Power Onboard generator outlets in the truck bed are available. You can choose regular cab, SuperCab, or SuperCrew configurations with 5.5-foot, 6.5-foot, or 8-foot bed lengths. All-wheel drive is optional as well.
