There's the option of a turbocharged 3.5L V6, and this engine puts out a total of 375 horsepower. The Raptor version comes with a V6 that produces a whopping 450 horsepower and 510 lb-ft of torque. The Silverado 1500 can be purchased with a huge 6.2L V8 that produces 420 horsepower, slightly less than what you get with the Raptor.

Standard Features

Standard features on the base trim 2017 Ford F-150 include pre-wired trailer connections, trailer sway control, a driver information display, air conditioning, and Bluetooth. The uplevel trims really begin to pile on the features, with Sync voice controls, smartphone app integrations, and a USB port either standard or optional as part of a special package. The 2017 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 doesn't have OnStar or the Chevrolet MyLink as standard equipment on the base trim. Buyers have to go with a more expensive options package to get these two features.
